My dreams or this reality
I know exactly what I'd say
Leave me to dreaming any day
Dreams are the escape as my world falls apart
The only way to get a fresh start
So concrete, yet just an illusion
Somehow bringing its own confusion
But dreams fade, there problems all gone
While I wake up to another days dawn
New issues arise for me to erase
Sometimes it's daunting just to keep pace
So let my dreamland engulf me each long night
Saving me from reality, I know I won't fight

I knew all along this was only a one night stand
